1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website wanlian911.com and the products and services of Quanzhou Wanlian Fluid Equipment Co., Ltd. ("Wanlian", "we", "us"). By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

2. Information on This Website

Product specifications, images and descriptions on this website are provided for general information and pre-sales evaluation. They do not form part of any contract unless expressly confirmed in a written quotation or sales contract. Actual product specifications are confirmed in the technical datasheet and commercial offer for each order.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• All prices are quoted on an inquiry basis; no prices shown on this website constitute an offer to sell.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation document and are subject to material, exchange-rate and freight changes for extended validity.
• Prices are typically EXW / FOB / CIF terms as agreed in the quotation. Shipping, insurance, duties and taxes are quoted separately.
• MOQ, lead time, packaging and payment terms are confirmed per order in writing.

4. Samples and Orders

• Samples may be provided subject to sample cost and shipping arrangements agreed in advance.
• Orders become binding only after written confirmation (PI / sales contract) by both parties.
• OEM/ODM and customized products are manufactured to the specifications confirmed in the sales contract; subsequent changes may affect price and lead time.

5. Quality and Warranty

• Products are manufactured in accordance with the quality system and standards stated in the quotation (e.g. ISO 9001, GB, EN, ANSI, UL/FM applicable scope).
• Each shipment is subject to the factory's standard testing procedures (e.g. shell and seat leakage tests). Third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer's request and cost.
• Warranty is provided against manufacturing defects under the terms of the sales contract, typically covering the agreed warranty period from shipment, and does not cover misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
• Claims must be raised in writing with supporting evidence (photos/videos, test reports) within the timeframe stated in the contract.

6. Certifications

Certifications (e.g. UL, FM, CE, LPCB, ISO 9001, GB) apply to the specific products, models and scopes stated in the certification documents. Buyers are responsible for confirming that the certification scope covers their target market and application. Certificate copies are provided upon request and verification.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product drawings and technical data, is the property of Wanlian or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanlian is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for products is governed by the sales contract between the parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent court at the place of Wanlian's registered office, unless otherwise agreed in the sales contract.
